Miles was "Miles Ahead" in hearing and bringing us forward. with him and his bands. Grateful for this rare trip. He indeed didn't need words, as they weren't his language.
I had no idea that John and Miles met. Both revolutionary musicians in their different ways. I knew of the failed attempt to have Miles and Paul McCartney to have the most super super group ever with Jimi Hendrix and Tony Williams but not John and Miles met
As a lover of jazz music and mad fan of Miles, I had an opportunity to buy or purchase a DVD of thie very song we listened to and Miles after playing for 30 minutes and was asked what is the name and he answered "call it anything".
This was classic performance by Miles and looking at Keith Jarrett and drummer Jack DeJohnette then I was like "wow" how young they look then.
Miles is my all time jazz 🎵🎶🎶🎵 musician and I have made a few collection of his Cd's. Miles revolutionise jazz to "electric" and many jazz musicians were made him to introduce electric music instrument.
Miles will forever remain an iconic jazz music giant.
Wow! Didn’t know about the meeting between Lennon and Miles. The photos and short home movie are epic! Exciting time indeed!

Remarkable footage of a singular event. This should be included in any time capsule of the 20th century. It clearly personifies the times.
Great stuff, thanks Bret for shining the light!
Nice piece. Though that’s just taking turns shooting. One-on-one overstates it😂
