Following the celebration of my 74th birthday on August 1st, I found myself overcome by an irresistible urge—a longing to chronicle the story of my life through memoirs. My goal was to share extraordinary anecdotes from my life's journey. Thus, I embarked on the journey of creating "Syncopated Justice."
Throughout my existence, I've held firm convictions, and this platform provides me with the opportunity to not only share my viewpoints on pertinent subjects but also something about my life as an expatriate in Mexico. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was to move to Guanajuato in May of 2022.
In 2006, I merged filmmaking with my love for Jazz, giving birth to the Jazz Video Guy. Since then, I have posted over 2,000 videos on my Facebook page and YouTube channel. I will share some of these videos on Syncopated Justice, alongside fresh Jazz video content.
I became tired of the artistic limitations enforced by Facebook and YouTube. Although Syncopated Expat might not draw as vast an audience as my presence on other social media platforms, it at last offers me a space to distribute all the content that I couldn't share on FB and YT due to copyright and censorship constraints.
Warning: My blog’s a wild beast at the family reunion, drenched in adult themes and garnished with stories that could set your hair on fire. If you’re the sensitive type, please think twice before hitching a ride into this circus of chaos.
Coming Soon: My tales from the Adult Entertainment Industry, a memorable night at the notorious Plato Retreat swinger's club under the influence of a mind-altering substance, the intriguing encounter with a stripper while behind the wheel of a cab, the jazz musician who issued a peculiar threat of castration, my experience bailing out a hash dealer at Night Court in Manhattan, a behind-the-scenes look at NBC as executives fretted over Sun Ra's Saturday Night appearance, and a plethora of other captivating stories. Stay tuned.
I will be delivering a weekly newsletter every Friday, with the latest chapter from the Bret Primack Story, and another on Monday listing the additional content I’ve shared in the past week. Subscribers have access to all posts and are encouraged to comment. Paid subscribers also have access to the Jazz Video Guy archives, with the option to download any and all of the three hundred videos in the archive.
