If folks think the bureaucracy is bad now, wait till AI is in charge of it. At least now you can still find an efficient and sympathetic customer service representative once in a while.

Too true, even if in panic mode. It's nice to think that we haven't used the big one to blow ourselves up yet, so we may find some brakes and guardrails; then again, climate change; then again stupidity. On the literary front (not Ai driven) all the dystopia and scifi writers are going to have to factor in this new wolf - or be irrelevant. All stories are about wolves. All worth repeating, that is.
